1. Shopping & Ordering

• All prices are shown in Philippine Pesos and include VAT unless otherwise indicated.
• We strive to keep product listings as accurate as possible, but availability and prices may change without prior notice.
• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received or, for COD, after our team confirms your order details.
• Minimum order value and delivery fees may apply for home delivery services.

2. Payment

• We accept GCash, PayMaya, credit/debit cards, and cash (for eligible deliveries and in-store purchases).
• For online orders, payment must be completed within 24 hours after receiving your payment link to secure your items.
• Non-payment within the specified period may result in automatic order cancellation.

3. Delivery & Pick-Up

• Delivery is available within Kawit and nearby areas. Delivery schedules may vary depending on order volume and weather conditions.
• Please ensure your contact details and address are accurate to avoid delays.
• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please assign a representative or inform us in advance.

4. Product Quality & Returns

• We take great care to deliver fresh and high-quality products. If there are any issues, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on how to request an exchange or refund.
• Perishable items are eligible for return only if delivered damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.

5. Account Security

• Customers are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and personal information.
• Report any unauthorized activity or suspected security breach to us immediately.
