- Change of Mind: We accept returns for unopened, non-perishable goods within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection.

- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Perishable goods (such as fresh produce, meat, or seafood) can only be returned if they are delivered in unsatisfactory condition or incorrect.
- Returns due to change of mind are only accepted for unopened and non-perishable items.
4. Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method whenever possible (e.g., GCash, PayMaya, credit/debit card). Cash refunds for in-store purchases will be handled at our location.
